It seems to be a bit of a worldwide phenomenon, with groups like Improv Everywhere (http://improveverywhere.com/2008/11/17/welcome-back/), and whoever put together this performance at Antwerp, part of a larger movement.
I hope that all of us get a chance to experience one of these moments. :)
